Meet the Band
History
- Like a Stone was formed in 2017 by four co-workers to perform at a company holiday party in a bar basement.
- Fast-forward to the fall of 2023, Like a Stone committed to becoming a top Alternative Rock cover band primarily servicing bars, social clubs, private parties, and festivals in the Western suburbs of Chicago.
Musical Style
- We play mostly Alternative Rock from the 90s and 2000s, with the addition of 80s New Wave, 70s Punk, and a dash of Classic Rock.
- Our constantly growing catalog has over 50 songs, and we perform new cover songs at every show.

With roots in LaGrange, Western Springs, Elmhurst, Westmont, and Wicker Park, Like a Stone consists of 6 members to create depth of sound and offer a wide range of song selections.
